I graduated from Chitkara University in the year 2010, and now I am an Engineering Officer in the Indian Air Force serving the motherland. It has been a wonderful journey so far and when I look back to my formative days in college, of which I have many fond memories, it gives me a sense of pride in every way.
At that time, the Institute was evolving with many new things coming up and I was fortunate enough to be a part of the scheme of things. Starting from organizing college fests, being part of the entrepreneurial cell, being part of the campus placement cell and being from the first batch of students selected for internship with Infosys in Mysore. To this date I value the exposure and confidence that my alma mater has instilled in me that helps me in standing out wherever I wish to be.
One thing that I have found to be quite similar in Chitkara University and Indian Air Force is the strong value system for which both organizations strive. This value system makes our Alma Mater distinct from other institutions. Today whatever I am and tomorrow whatever I will be it will be solely because of my upbringing in Chitkara.
I would like to say that it is an honour to be a part of such a prestigious Institute and would consider it to be my privilege to contribute to CAN in any way I can.
