Chitkara Happiness Centre hosts “Mind Mastery & Stress Reset” session

Chitkara Happiness Centre, in collaboration with Chitkara College of Pharmacy, organised a highly insightful session titled “Mind Mastery & Stress Reset” to promote emotional well-being and mindful growth among students. Led by Ms. Monika Bammi, a Mind and Body Transformation Coach and International NLP Trainer, the event featured reflective and practical activities to build resilience and manage stress effectively.
Participants engaged in discussions and techniques that clarified thought patterns and introduced healthier coping strategies. Key highlights included “The Brain Hack” to overcome procrastination by understanding task importance, the “Wolf Reflection” metaphor to nurture positive inner voices over fear and the Stress Reset PCP Technique (Pause, Compose, Propose) for regaining balance under pressure. Students also learned the Art of Letting Go to release emotional burdens before sleep, enhancing rest and clarity.
Pre- and post-evaluation sheets demonstrated real-time emotional shifts, making the session personally impactful. Participants left feeling grounded, refreshed and empowered to face challenges with greater awareness and strength.
