Isha Foundation Inner Engineering Session Brings Serenity to Students.

The Chitkara Happiness Centre hosted an enlightening Inner Engineering session for business school students on 28 January 2025 at Einstein Hall, Chitkara University, introducing simple yet profound tools for inner well-being. The session, delivered by an Isha Foundation volunteer, began with an overview of the Isha Foundation, a non-profit organisation founded by Sadhguru that promotes personal growth, environmental conservation and social welfare.
Participants watched a video by Sadhguru, exploring the essence of inner peace and calmness and learned how mastering inner stillness can empower individuals to navigate life’s uncertainties. The session featured the Naadi Shuddhi technique, a yogic breathing exercise designed to bring balance to the mind and body and the practice of chanting the AUM sound, which students engaged in to promote relaxation and inner harmony. Many reported a sense of peace and balance after the exercise.
The session concluded with an introduction to the Inner Engineering programme, which offers practical tools to enhance clarity, balance and overall well-being, enabling people to lead more joyful and purposeful lives.
