Chitkara Students Shine at All India Senior Ranking Badminton Tournament

It’s a proud moment for Chitkara University as our students continue to excel on national platforms with their sporting talent and dedication. At the prestigious All India Senior Ranking Badminton Tournament held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, from 8th – 15th July 2025, students from Chitkara Business School made a mark with their exceptional performance.

Radhika Sharma, a second-year BBA student, clinched the Gold Medal in Mixed Doubles, showcasing sharp reflexes and impeccable coordination throughout the tournament. Her victory not only reflects her skill but also her ability to perform under pressure at the national level.

Adding to the medal tally, Shreya, also a second-year BBA student, bagged the Bronze Medal in Women’s Singles after an intense run of matches, demonstrating consistency, grit, and mental toughness on the court.

Joining her on the podium was Sakshi Phogat, another BBA second-year student, who secured the Bronze Medal in Women’s Singles, reinforcing Chitkara University’s reputation for nurturing multi-talented students who excel both academically and athletically.
