Special lecture on the aspects of hospitality

Students of Chitkara School of Hospitality had a chance to interact with an expert faculty who came to Chitkara University, Punjab, to deliver a special lecture on hospitality.

Prof. R. Venkatraman of Pacific International Hotel Management School, New Zealand, was invited to deliver a special lecture to the students.

He talked to the students about Applied Hospitality, Quality service management, Tourism, Marketing hospitality, Hospitality Finance and research methodology through an interactive presentation of three hours. The students were allowed to ask questions and clear their doubts and they asked the expert about the latest in hospitality.

Prof. Venkatraman through his years of experience and expertise answered all the questions with utter professionalism and ease and it benefitted the students. The students appreciated the lecture through an excellent feedback and thanked the faculty and staff of Chitkara School of Hospitality for organizing the lecture.
