India Today places Chitkara at 16th spot among India’s best; among top 5 for ‘Maximum Patents Licensed’

Shining a beacon on the best centres of learning, the India Today survey 2019 has placed Chitkara University at the 16th Position among ‘Top 42 India’s Best Private General Universities’, and also listed Chitkara University among ‘Top 5 Private Universities with the Highest No. of Patents Licensed’, by encouraging a culture of entrepreneurship & research, right from the start.

Universities were ranked on various parameters including – Intake Quality & Governance (Chitkara scored 90.3/208); Academic Research Excellence (Chitkara scored 127.2/250); Infrastructure & Living Experience (Chitkara scored 128.5/175); Personality & Leadership Development (Chitkara scored 91.7/150); Career Progression & Development (Chitkara scored 137.9/217). The Objective Score of 575.6/1000 and Perceptual Score of 647.9/1000, was obtained for Chitkara University. The Overall Score was an impressive 1223.5/2000 points.
