The B.Ed. program in Education is designed to meet national and international standards and is delivered by highly qualified faculty. The program offers a balanced exposure to both academic learning and on‑the‑job training. It is a 2-year full-time course, which includes a compulsory internship to provide practical experience. Our comprehensive teacher training program focuses on enhancing Alpha teachers’ language proficiency and digital literacy, catering to the needs of Generation-Z. It provides Alpha teachers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a long-term school internship through a scholarship program, preparing them for real‑world teaching environments.
The program fosters a ‘Growth-Mindset’ in Alpha teachers, equipping them with the basics of child psychology to become effective facilitators in the classroom. It also helps them master innovative teaching tools and techniques, while cultivating a spirit of relational connection.
