FAQs

Chitkara University’s Center of Global Education has been created to map or articulate 100% course outlines with a similar program from our International partner/s. Now, our students will be taught internationally articulated or licensed curriculum so their learning outcomes for the first two years at Chitkara University are similar to those who are studying the same program overseas.
An Indian student who has just come out of class 12th can stay closer to their homes while starting their international education at almost 1/3 of the international tuition fee when they study for two years at Chitkara University before opting to study overseas with our partner University/College. They will also save on boarding and lodging cost of two years and will be more mature in matters of age, understanding of applied education while transferring as a group for better success overseas.  They will also be mentored or co-taught by International faculty while they are here at Chitkara University. We will be providing infrastructure and technology simialr to our international partner when student studies at Chitkara University for the first two years. The same has been vetted and approved by our International partners.
No, a student will get only one degree from either school, i.e all those students who opt to transfer after two years will get a degree from international partner in that country, post successful completion of their education. All those who choose to continue their study at Chitkara University for the entire degree program will get a degree from Chitkara University only and thus, this is neither a dual degree nor a twinning arrangement.
