ICAN 2027 solicits high impact, high quality, original, and unpublished work related to one of the theme areas. Prospective authors must follow the below mentioned instructions.

All accepted papers upon presentation in the conference will be published in Scopus indexed publication.

Paper Submission Instructions

The conference uses Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) from Microsoft for online submission. CLICK HERE to visit CMT, make an account for yourself (if it doesn’t exist already) and submit your full paper.
- CMT Acknowledgement - The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Carefully select the Primary Subject Area while making an online submission, it will help us in correctly classifying your paper for the purpose of review.
Conference follows double blind review process. Please don’t write names and affiliations of the authors in the paper/manuscript.
Mandatory - You must provide the names, affiliations, and email contacts of all authors of your paper in the online submission form. Changing the authors’ list after submission is not permitted.
Mandatory – You must propose at-least three reviewers who can review your paper. We need their names, affiliations, official email contacts and their interest/expert areas. Reviewers should not be from the same institution as authors of the paper.
By submitting a paper to ICAN 2027, all authors of the paper agree to the Quality Policies of the Conference.

Instructions for Manuscript Preparation

At this stage there is no strict format for preparation of manuscript. However, once your submission is accepted in the conference then you will be asked to prepare a Camera-Ready Paper is a specific format.
Prepare your manuscript in a single column word document using Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing. Use 10 pts font for text and 11 pts font with boldface for headings/sub-headings.
All the figures, tables, illustrations used in the manuscript must be appropriately captioned and must be cited in the text.
Manuscript should include sufficient number of latest and contemporary references. Maintain uniformity while listing down the references.
All the references must mandatorily be cited in the text of the manuscript in serial order.
Use of tools like EndNote, Mendeley etc. is highly recommended for inserting references in the paper.
Length of the paper should be between 4000 – 6000 words. Lengthy manuscripts will not be considered for review.
Total similarity index of the paper should be less than 10% and should be less than 5% from individual source.
