Extended Abstracts are solicited at this stage by March 31, 2026.

ICAN 2026 invites students, research scholars, academicians, researchers, and industry practitioners to submit extended abstracts of their high quality and original work in the domains of AI driven computing, analytics and networks.

SPRINGER NATURE, COPE, IEEE, etc.

Extended Abstracts Format

Prospective authors must prepare a 500 word extended abstract that should contain a maximum of two figures and one table.
One figure should explain the methodology and the second figure should highlight important results. Both figures should be discussed in the text.
The table should contain a comparative analysis with the latest state of the arts.
The organization of the extended abstracts should be as follows:
- Research Summary in about 70 words should highlight what has been done, how it has been done, key outcomes & quantitative results, and potential impact.
- Objective of the Study in about 100 words should highlight gaps in light of the existing literature and key contributions of the proposed work.
- Methodology in about 140 words should discuss the implementation techniques, methods, experiments performed and/or models developed.
- Results in about 140 words should depict key findings (both quantitatively and qualitatively) and comparative analysis with the latest state of the art methods.
- Conclusion should be presented in about 50 words.
- List of Important References should be included and references must be appropriately cited in the text.

Submission Process

ICAN uses Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) from Microsoft for online submission. CLICK HERE to visit CMT, make an account for yourself (if it doesn’t exist already) and upload your extended abstract.
- The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Carefully select the Primary Subject Area while making an online submission on CMT, it will help us correctly classify your paper for the purpose of review.
Mandatory - You must provide the names, affiliations, and email contacts of all authors of your extended abstract in the online submission form.
You must propose at-least three reviewers who can review your extended abstract. We need their names, affiliations, official email contacts and their interest/expert areas. Reviewers should not be from the same institution as authors of the extended abstract.
By submitting an extended abstract to ICAN 2026, all authors of the proposed work agree to the Quality Policies of the Conference.

Publication Opportunity

Authors of accepted and presented abstracts will be provided an opportunity to submit their full-length research articles for consideration in special issues of SN Computer Science journal and Journal of Transformative Technologies and Sustainable Development (JTTSD). These Scopus indexed journals are published by Springer Nature.
All research articles submitted to the special issues of the above mentioned journal will undergo the peer review process of the journals.
The Conference Organizing Committee will recommend the most suitable journal for each accepted abstract based on its scope and relevance. Authors are requested to submit their full-length manuscripts in accordance with the journal recommendation provided by the Conference Organizers.
Please note that the journal recommendation by the Conference Organizing Committee does not imply or guarantee publication. Final acceptance will be subject to the editorial decision and peer-review outcome of the respective journals.
