All team/s submissions must comply with the rules set by the organizing committee. You will be notified of these rules shortly and during your orientation.
Disqualification is at the sole discretion of the committee and the jury if the submission does not comply with the rules and or if following incidents occur -
- Not adhering to the terms and the conditions laid out by the committee and jury
- Participating or in any way initiating harm, mental or physical to any participant, organizer, jury or any person
- Damaging property of any participant or at the campus
- Property may include laptop, desktop, furniture or any resource which is being used or is in the vicinity of the event area
- Depict or refer to any crude, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, disparaging, discriminatory, offensive, illegal or otherwise unsuitable language activity or any content
- Contain any content that violates any law or any third party’s rights (including privacy and intellectual property rights)
