Contract Research Organization (CRO) Categories:

Excellence in Pharmacovigilance Services

• Awarded to a CRO for providing exceptional pharmacovigilance services to pharmaceutical clients, ensuring compliance and quality.

Best Pharmacovigilance Outsourcing Partnership

• Recognizing a successful partnership between a CRO and a pharmaceutical company in pharmacovigilance outsourcing, demonstrating effective collaboration and outcomes.

Innovation in CRO Pharmacovigilance Solutions

• Awarded for innovative solutions or technologies developed by a CRO to enhance pharmacovigilance processes and outcomes.

Professional Categories:

Lifetime Achievement in Pharmacovigilance

• Recognizing an individual’s distinguished career and significant contributions to the field of pharmacovigilance.

Outstanding Pharmacovigilance Professional of the Year

• Awarded to an individual who has demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership in pharmacovigilance.

Young Pharmacovigilance Professional of the Year

• Recognizing a young professional (under 35) who has shown outstanding promise and contributions to the field of pharmacovigilance.

Leadership in Patient Safety

• Awarded to an individual who has shown exceptional leadership in advancing patient safety through pharmacovigilance practices.

Pharmacovigilance Education and Training Award

• Honoring outstanding contributions to the education and training of pharmacovigilance professionals.

Student Category

• Best Student Innovation Award: Recognizing the most innovative project presented by students, judged on criteria such as originality, impact, and feasibility.

Nomination Process

Step 1: Eligibility Check

• Ensure the nominee meets the criteria for the specific award category.
• Review the detailed eligibility criteria on our Eligibility Criteria page.

Step 2: Submission of Nomination

• Complete the Nomination Form.
• Provide a detailed description of the nominee’s contributions and achievements.
• Include supporting documents such as publications, project reports, or letters of recommendation.

Step 3: Review and Selection

• Nominations will be reviewed by an independent panel of experts in the field.
• Shortlisted nominees will be notified via email.

Step 4: Award Ceremony

• Winners will be announced and honoured at the Pharmacovigilance Conference 2024 Awards Ceremony on 30th November 2024.
