Paper Submission Instructions

• DELCON 2023 to follow online paper submission and review process. Click here to Submit your paper.
• Prospective Authors must carefully select the track area and subject area while making an online submission.
• Conference follows double blind review process. Please don’t write names and affiliations of the authors in the paper/manuscript.
• Mandatory - Names, affiliations and email contacts of all co-authors of the paper must be separately provided in the online submission form.
• Mandatory – At-least three prospective reviewers who can review the submission must be proposed by the submitter. Proposed reviewers should not be from the same institution as authors of the paper.
• By submitting a paper to DELCON 2023, all authors of the paper are agreeing to the Quality Policies of the Conference.

Instructions for Manuscript Preparation

• At this stage there is no strict format for preparation of manuscript. However, once your submission is accepted in the conference then you will be asked to prepare a Camera-Ready Paper in a specific format.
• Prepare your manuscript in a single column word document using Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing. Use 10 pts font for text and 11 pts font with boldface for headings/sub-headings.
• All the figures, tables, illustrations used in the manuscript must be appropriately captioned and must be cited in the text.
• Manuscript should include sufficient number of latest and contemporary references. Maintain uniformity while listing down the references.
• All the references must mandatorily be cited in the text of the manuscript in serial order.
• Use of tools like EndNote, Mendeley etc. is highly recommended for inserting references in the paper.
• Length of the paper should be between 3500 – 5000 words including figures, tables and references. Each Table and Figure in the paper will be considered equivalent to 200 words. Please note that lengthy manuscripts will not be considered for review.
• Total similarity index of the paper should be less than 10% and should be less than 5% from individual source.
