Deadline for extended abstract Submission – July 15, 2023

Prospective authors must follow the below-mentioned instructions.

PAPER SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
  • Prospective authors must carefully select the track area and subject area while making an online submission.
  • At this stage, there is no strict format for the preparation of the manuscript. However, once your submission is accepted at the conference then you will be asked to prepare a Camera-Ready Paper in a specific format.
  • The page limits for manuscript submission - are 5 to 8 pages.
  • Prepare your manuscript in a single-column word document using Times New Roman font with 1.5-line spacing. Use 10 pts font for text and 11 pts font with boldface for headings/sub-headings.
  • Manuscripts submitted to our conference are expected to be written in good English and proofread carefully to ensure that the research is communicated clearly. (Use of Grammar correction tools such as Grammarly is advised).
  • All the figures, tables, and illustrations used in the manuscript must be appropriately captioned and must be cited in the text.
  • The manuscript should include a sufficient number of the latest and contemporary references. Maintain uniformity while listing down the references. All the references must mandatorily be cited in the text of the manuscript in serial order.
  • The originality of the paper needs to be stated clearly. It is important to have sufficient results to justify the novelty of a high-quality paper. The Introduction should make a compelling case for why the study is useful along with a clear statement of its novelty or originality by providing relevant information.
  • An updated and complete literature review should be conducted and should appear as part of the Introduction while bearing in mind the work’s relevance to the journal and taking into account the scope and readership of the journal/proceeding. The results and findings should be compared to and discussed in the context of earlier work in the literature.
  • In addition to these items above, your paper can be rejected due to one of the reasons below.
    • High similarity rates (more than 10%)
    • Low quality
    • Copied long paragraphs from the literature
    • Missing affiliation
    • Unconvincing results
    • Template error
    • Insufficient content
    • Problematic copyright issues of figures taken from literature
  • By submitting a paper to AMMT 2023, all authors of the paper are agreeing to the Quality Policies of the Conference.
