carries a question they must answer.
• Every participant will be given 1 minute to think and answer the

• All the participants are requested to not make any personal remark
while answering the questions.
•The decision of the judges shall be considered final and
unquestionable at any stage.
•Every student should carry their college ID card.

The participants will be provided with a topic, on the spot .
They will have to submit a relevant photograph related to the topic they choose within the stipulated time.
Participates should click the photographs with date and time stamp mode set on their respective cameras.
Photos must be clicked via DSLR.
Only Non edited photos will be allowed.
Earlier clicked photographs will be discarded and will not be accepted as the part of the competition.

Think your robot can overcome any obstacle big or small in the least of time. If so get it on the track and let the game begin and bear in mind that maximizing RPM does not make you winner but winners are those who have good presence of mind, sharpness and practice.
ROBOT SPECIFICATIONS:
1) The maximum dimension of the robot can be 30 x 30 x 30cm (l x b x w).
2) The robot may be wired or wireless.
3) The length of the wire (for wired bots) should be long enough to cover the whole track and wire should remain slack during the complete run.
4) Max weight must not exceed 3 kg.
5) The power supply will be provided maximum up to 24 Volt and it should be on board.
6) Ready-made toy car are not allowed.

This is racing event so fastest and most balanced robot will win.
Robot should be as per the given specifications.
Each team can have maximum 2 members.
There is no entry fees for competition.
The robot should not damage the arena.
The robot must not leave behind any of its parts during the run; else it will result in disqualification.
Unethical behavior could lead to disqualification. Faculty-coordinators have all the rights to take final decision for any matter during the event.
Judge's decision will be considered final.
Certificates will be given to all the participants.
ARENA:
1) Track width is 40 cm.
2) The track surface and course line may have unevenness.
3) There might be abrupt angles, but these will not exceed 30 degrees.
4) There will be certain obstacles in the race track which will try to slow down the robot.
5) The design and size of the obstacles may vary.
6) Major changes will be notified on the website.
7) Arena will consist of different kind of hurdles like speed breakers, marble pit, rotating disc, curve ramp, seesaw, etc.
PHASES IN THE EVENT:
1) The competition is based on time trail system.
2) Three hand touches are allowed with penalty of 10 seconds. For each hand touch, penalty time will be added further too overall time required by robot for completion of specified round.
3) If any of the robots starts off before start up call, the counter would be restated and the machines will get a second chance. If repeated again then team will be disqualified.
4) Your robot must be ready when call is made for your team.
5) Machine must not contain any readymade kits, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, IC engines.
6) Decision about your robot will be taken by the organizers.
7) All about final round will be notified on the final day.
BONUS POINTS:
You will be given several opportunities while racing to gain bonus point and it will declare on the spot of event.

Penultimate Round:
• Participants with shortest time will be qualified for the next level.
• Breaking any of the beams will penalize the participant with time that shall be counted in the final score.
Ultimate Round:
• This would be the final level where only the short listed participants will battle.
• There would be an object kept on the other side of the maze.
• Participants have to navigate the maze, get the object and bring it back to the starting point without dropping the object or breaking the maze.
• Participant with the shortest time taken will be declared as the winner.

Spell bee is a platform where contestants are asked to spell a broad selection of words, usually with a varying degree of difficulty.

General Rules:
Round 1:
In this round the participant needs to write down the words dictated.
20 Participants will be short listed for the second round.
Round 2:
Participants will be divided into 2 groups of 10 each. In this round the speller has to orally spell the words.
Each participant in the group would be given 5 words. Time given would be 30 seconds per word.
6 participants (3 from each group) who have spelled the most answers correctly will proceed for the final round.
Round 3:
In this round, words will be given and the participants have to press the buzzer to grab the chance to answer.
The participant who rings the buzzer first gets the opportunity to spell it.
This time, the speller will have to tell the meaning of the word (which can be in proximity of the original meaning) along with the spelling make then further make a sentence using that word.
If the word isn’t spelt correctly, you can’t make a sentence for it and also not tell it’s meaning.
Each word counts for 5 marks.
In case of tie, there will be tie breaker.
This will continue till the speller with most correct answers wins.

The team to guess the maximum number of songs and tell its EXACT NAME, qualify for the final round.
A total of 5 teams qualify for the final round
Final Round–
Each team will be shown a clipping from a movie.
The team must guess the exact name of the movie and sing a song of that movie.
The team to score the maximum counts, wins.
The judgment shall be considered final and unquestionable at any stage.

Code Relay brings to you the opportunity to solve programs with your team like in a relay race. Switch between writing code and figuring out what your teammate has written. The team which solves the questions 1st wins!

Ties will be broken by the total time for each user in ascending order of time.

Rules for ROUND 1
A Blank sheet of paper will be provided to each team.
There will be a total of 20 questions.
Questions will be displayed on the projector and each team will get 30 seconds to write the correct answer to each question.
There is, however, no negative marking for an incorrect answer.
Any team found using any unfair means will be disqualified.
Rules for ROUND 2
The selected teams will be a given a single question to solve.
Each team will use their own laptop in the contest.
A total of 2 hour will be given to solve the question.
Each team member will be given 1 hour to code.
Once the first 1 hour are over, the team member will be switched. No extra time will be given for switching.
The team will be initially given 5 mins to discuss.
After which the team will not be allowed to discuss anything.
Once the first team member is done, he/she will immediately leave the room.
Using phone during this round is prohibited.
The code will be tested on a number of test cases out of which many will be hidden.
Using any unfair means will lead to disqualification of the team.
