REVIEW PROCESS
The doctoral consortium will follow a review process in which submissions shall be peer-reviewed on the basis of content, context, novelty, and the expected contributions of the research to various stakeholders.
Formatting Guidelines for Abstract Submission

(i) For Management, Commerce, Economics, Health Sciences, Nursing, Education, Architecture, Art & Design disciplines
Title: Bold Type 14-points Times New Roman Font
Font: Times New Roman
Font size: 12 Points
Line spacing: Double Margin
Word limit: 1000-1500 words
Keywords: 5-6
Margins: One inch on all four sides

(ii) For Engineering, Applied Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Media disciplines
Title: Times New Roman Bold, Font Size-14points, single line spacing
Body of abstract: Times New Roman, Font Size -12 points, Line spacing 1.5
Line spacing: 1.5
Word limit: approximately 250 words
Margins: One inch on all four sides
Keywords: 5-6
Guidelines for Manuscript Submission for Review purpose
- Please take note that the review process strictly adheres to double anonymized peer review guidelines. Therefore, authors are required to submit a blind manuscript without including any authors’ details.
- If your paper is accepted for publication within the scope of the above-mentioned proceedings, you will receive instructions to submit the final version of the manuscript following the publisher's guidelines.
- An additional Article Publication Charges (APC) will be applicable for an accepted paper in accordance with the publisher's policy.
The ethical committee of CUDC-23 upholds and advocates for ethical practices in publishing. In order to fulfil this objective, the committee is dedicated to discouraging and proactively dealing with plagiarism and self-plagiarism. The committee employs Turnitin software to scan all conference paper submissions, identifying any occurrences of duplicated or similar text in the submitted manuscripts. The manuscript that exceeds a plagiarism threshold of 10% using Turnitin will not be considered for the peer-review process and may receive a rejection.
Publication Opportunity
- Authors of the selected abstracts would be invited to submit a full-length paper to be published in premier Materials Today: Proceedings/AIP proceedings/ABDC/ Applied Data Science and Smart Systems (to be indexed in Scopus)/ UGC indexed journals / Edited books as per the publication’s review policy.
