Registration Process

STEP 1 - Complete your Registration

• CLICK HERE to complete your registration and make an online payment.
• You can avail early bird discounts of upto 20% on registration fee if you register before October 15.
• Last Date for Registration is October 30.

STEP 2 - Preparing the Camera Ready Paper

• We hope you have seen the reviewers' comments for your paper on your Author Console of CMT portal. If not, please visit https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ican2022/ and check the reviewers' comments.
• You are advised to consider all the comments of the reviewers while preparing your camera ready paper. Please be aware that you will be required to upload a detailed response sheet to reviewers' comments along with your camera ready paper. If you dont agree with any of the review comments, you may write a rebuttal in the response sheet.
• Prepare your camera ready paper strictly as per the IEEE format (downalod template - Click here). On the first page of the paper, add the following header and footer (as included in the template) -
  • Header - 2022 3rd International Conference on Computing, Analytics and Networks (ICAN)
  • Footer - 978-1-6654-9944-6/22/$31.00 ©2022 IEEE
• Include the details of the authors in the camera ready paper and proofread the paper very-very carefully.
• Please be aware that your camera ready paper will be published as such and no changes will be made at our end. Please ensure it is completely error free.

STEP 3 - Generating IEEE Xplore Compliant PDF of your Camera Ready Paper

• Once your camera ready file is absolutely ready, you must convert it into PDF by using IEEE PDF Express ONLY.
• Visit - https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ and create your account. In Conference ID write 56228X
• Login to your PDF Express account, CLICK on 'Create New Title' and follow the steps to generate IEEE Xplore Compliant PDF.
• It is a mandatory requirement that the Camera Ready Paper must be submitted in PDF format and the PDF must be generated using PDF Express only.

STEP 4 - Submission of Camera Ready Paper on CMT Portal and Copyright Transfer

• When you log-in to your CMT portal, you will see an option, "Create Camera Ready Submission" against your paper ID. You need to upload two files here, 1) Your camera ready paper, 2) A detailed response sheet.
• You will see another option under Camera Ready i.e. 'Submit IEEE Copyright Form'. Click on that and follow the process. Once the copyright form is generated (PDF file), upload it under this section only. It is mandatory to transfer the copyright of your paper to IEEE for publication.
• You must do the needful within one week of receiving the acceptance notification.
• If you do not see the Camera Ready Submission option on your author console on CMT, please get in touch.
• Please DO NOT use the Edit Submission Option on your author console on CMT.
