Fee Structure

  • For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors must register for the conference.
  • One registration in the Author’s Registration Category is mandatory for
    • Presentation of the paper in the conference
    • Inclusion of paper in the conference proceedings
  • If one of the authors of the paper has registered in author’s registration category then all other authors of the paper may register under co-authors’ registration category if they wish to attend the conference.
  • Per person registration fee structure is as follows –

Discounts – 
  • This is going to be an early bird discount of upto 20% on the above mentioned registration fees. Dates of early bird discount will be announced in the due time.
  • If any author has two papers in the conference, then he/she is entitled to 25% discount on the registration fee of the second paper. It is not a mandatory requirement that the said author should be the 1st author or corresponding author in the paper.

Note:-
  • This is a discounted fee structure exclusively for the IEEE members. Therefore, no additional early bird discount can be availed under this registration category.
