In the first two years of the program, students would take core courses such as finance, marketing, human resources, Organisational behavior, accounting, management information systems, economics and statistics, etc. Academic guidance would be provided by academic mentors from Trent University and the courses are made transferable, subject to certain conditions.<\/p>\n

Upon meeting the Academic, Transfer and Immigration requirements, students can transfer to Trent\u2019s Ontario campus (in Peterborough or at one of Durham GTA\u2019s Oshawa campuses) where they can complete one of the Specialisations offered.<\/p>\n
Upon meeting the requirements to transfer to Canada, students can graduate with a four-year BBA degree from Trent University once they have completed the required transfer credits.<\/p>\n
All India Specialisations are available at Chitkara University. Students can continue their studies here and complete a 3-year BBA degree provided the student is able to choose from available Specialisations and meets the necessary requirements.<\/p>\n

Eligibility for the BBA in Canada Pathway
\nApplicants must complete Class XII in any stream with a minimum overall %age of 65% and a minimum %age of 65% in English at XII level. Applicants applying for transfer from Chitkara University to Trent University will require 60% in Mathematics at XII level or complete two mandatory Mathematics courses while at Chitkara University.<\/p>\n
Note:<\/b> According to the published criteria, the English proficiency requirement for international students is IELTS 6.5 overall with no less than 6 in each band or TOEFL (iBT) 88 with no less than 20 in each section. We require admission applicants to demonstrate academic ability with a minimum CGPA of 7 out of 10 and meet the required conditions for transfer. Students who transfer to Trent University from Chitkara University enter the third year and have their prior learning recognised for credit from the first two years of study at Chitkara University.<\/p>\n
