Fifth edition of Media Square released

The fifth edition of Media Square, an annual lab newspaper of BJMC II, was released on Thursday, April 17, 2014, by Dr Madhu Chitkara, Pro-Chancellor, Chitkara University, Punjab, at Pulitzer Hall.

Also present on the occasion were Wg Cdr R.S. Gill, Vice-President, University Affairs, Dr S.C. Sharma, Registrar of the university, and Dr I.S. Sandhu, Dean Examination, Chitkara University.

The faculty and students of Chitkara School of Mass Communication were present when Dr Madhu Chitkara lauded the effort of the students. She advised the students to work hard to achieve their goals. She also advised the media students to work ethically. All students of BJMC II were actively involved in reporting, editing and making of the pages. Also, all the photographs used in the lab newspaper were clicked by the students themselves.

The Media Square project is in its fifth year with the first edition published in 2010.
