Financial assistance is given to pursue Doctoral Program as per the norms laid down by the University from time to time. Monthly academic allowance is paid on successful completion of your Doctoral Program.

Chitkara University currently offers Ph.D. program for the employees of Chitkara Educational Trust. Strict norms as per the regulations of UGC are followed for enrollment into Ph.D. program of university.

After successful enrollment into Ph.D. program, candidate is required to regularly present his /her progress of the Ph.D. work in front of a Doctorate research Committee appointed by Vice chancellor.

Requirement of minimum two research papers in journals of repute remains a mandatory requirement for submission of Ph.D. thesis.

Financial assistance to publish the research findings in the International and National journals is paid as per the University norms.

Financial assistance is given to present the research findings in the International or National Conferences as per the procedure laid down by the University from time to time.

Every year in addition to regular annual Increment, the additional increments may be awarded on the basis of performance appraisal report with respect to teaching, career/professional development and relationship building.

Numerous Training and Development programs are run to ensure the overall development of the employees.
